At MT Theatre Guides, we genuinely care about creating something special for your students. Every order is produced with care and attention to detail, and we want you to feel completely confident when ordering from us.

Our Promise to You

We guarantee that your customised journals will be printed to the highest standard and delivered just as you approved them. Each order is checked carefully before being sent to print, and we work with trusted printing and delivery partners, Mixam, to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.

If Something Goes Wrong

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost in transit, we will deal with the courier if necessary or in the event of a printing error or damage, liaise directly with the printer to arrange a reprint and ensure replacement copies are sent to you as quickly as possible, at no extra cost to you.

We will allow our couriers a maximum of 30 days grace (starting on the date it was due to be delivered) to locate and deliver lost orders before we start a claim and at this point will approve a re-print of your order if lost, at our cost.

Rest assured, our orders normally arrive very promptly.

Your Responsibility

Before sending us your introductory letter, please double check it all throughly, including spelling and punctuation and get it proof read. 

Before approving your final proof, please check all customised sections (where logos are pasted) carefully. After the final proof is approved, any changes or reprints due to school-requested alterations will be at your expense unless this is caused by an error on our part.

Any claims for errors etc must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
