1. Orders and Payment

An invoice will be issued once your order is received which will also show your delivery charge (see below for more details). 

Payment is due in full, upon receipt of the invoice.

Payment can be made securely by debit or credit card using the payment link provided. (Alternative payment methods may be possible, by arrangement, if required). Orders will not proceed to artwork creation, proofing or printing until full payment has been received.

2. Artwork and Customisation Fee

A one-time artwork creation fee of £57 applies to all new school editions on orders of less than 100 copies. This covers the setup of your school logo on the cover and any optional letter/intro to students. 

For repeat orders with no changes, this fee will not apply.

If schools would like a personalised letter to their students, they must supply the finalised text of between 150-250 words, The wording for this should be finalised and proofread - ready to lay up.

If you opt not to supply wording for this letter/ intro, a generic intro/welcome page will be used.

This fee does not cover the creation of school logos by MT Theatre Guides. 

Your logo will appear at the same size and in the same location as shown on the images in our info pack, our website and as shown on the printed sample.

• Please supply your logo as a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background. This ensures it looks crisp and overlays well.

• For best results, the logo should be at least 500x500 pixels. If possible, avoid sending logos in JPG format, as these often have a white background.

• If your logo has fine details or text, make sure it’s clear and not pixelated at the requested size.

 

3. Proofing Process

Once your high-resolution logo (as PNG file with transparent background at 600x600px) and optional letter (150–250 words) have been received by us, a digital proof will be provided within five working days.
You’ll have the opportunity to review this digital proof and request any changes. A second proof will be sent for confirmation. A third and final proof will be provided only if any further amendments are requested. 

You will need to confirm your acceptance of the final proof by email. 

Any further changes after the third proof (unless due to an error or omission by us) will be charged at £27 for an additional round of edits and proof.

Delays to the proofing process (eg if you don't get around to checking it) will cause delays to your order.

4. Approval and Printing

To approve and accept, simply respond to the email we send you with the final proof. Please check all details carefully, as MT Theatre Guides cannot accept responsibility for errors after you have approved the final proof.

5. Turnaround and Delivery

Once the final proof is approved, printing and production is not normally more than 10–14 working days , with delivery typically taking an additional 3–4 days. However there can be slight changes to this due to seasonal demand.
You’ll be notified of the estimated delivery date once the order has been sent to our printers. A further update will be sent once the order has been despatched by the printer. Delivery estimates and delivery dates can be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery charges apply. Delivery varies according the the size of the order and location. These charges are set and applied by our printers. Orders of 60 copies or less are usually in the range of £8-16. They not expected to exceed £20. Let us know on your order form, if you would prefer delivery charges quoted in advance before placing your order.

For orders split between more than one address, or to other areas outside mainland UK, shipping will be quoted before invoice.

Orders are delivered directly from the printer to the address specified by the school/person placing the order.

7. Refunds and Reprints

Please check your order thoroughly and let us know ASAP of any issues within 7 days of receipt. We may request that you send us images or in some cases to send us a copy of the affected journal so that we can take it up with our printers. We will cover postage costs if this is the case.

Refunds or reprints may only be offered if there is a fault caused by MT Theatre Guides, the printer, or the delivery company.
If a school decides after approving the final proof, that they want to amend their edition and re-print, this will be at their cost.

In the event of non-delivery by couriers we ask for 30 days to investigate and track down your order. If after this, the order has not been delivered we will request a re-print and re-delivery at our cost.

8. Copyright and Ownership

All journal designs, layouts, and content remain the copyright of MT Theatre Guides. Schools are granted permission to use their customised edition for their own internal use only and for sale to their students/parents.

9. Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum bulk order is 20 copies.
